Visit to The Exchange, Blackburn

The Exchange (the former Apollo Cinema and Tiggis’ restaurant) is being transformed into a vibrant, diverse destination for Blackburn.  The derelict Grade II listed building (once the cotton exchange) is rich in history but now holds promise for the future as the building will once again come alive and flourish as a sustainable, vibrant and diverse venue and to deliver activities which inspire hope, creativity and excellence for people and communities.

Re:Source, the charity established to manage the restoration, believe that the building will play a significant role in the fulfilment, wellbeing and transformation of Blackburn.
